Among those scheduled to be in attendance are such notorious hoodlums as Thomas Eboli and Vincent Aloi.. of New York, in Florida. This advance information presents a unique opportunity tc strike a crippling blow against the hoodlum hierarchy. This investigation is receiving preferred attention with particular emphasis being placed on developing Extortionate Credit Transactions violations. As noted above, our sources have revealed loan sharking is one of the principal subjects to be discussed at the meeting A number of those racket figures scheduled to attend the conference have reputations in the underworld of being particularly vicious loan sharks. An affidavit is being submitted requesting approval of cour ordered electronic surveillance. b2 In addition, appropriate coverage of this meeting, two of our most valuable top echelon informants, from New York and Newark are proceeding to Florida.
