GERALD FORD VICE PRESIDENT NELSON ROCKEFELLER, MRS. LYNDON JOHNSON, MR. AND MRS. RICHARD M. NIXON, GOVERNOR MICHAEL DUKAKIS Massachusetts State Police, assigned to the South Yarmouth, Massachusetts Barracks, received a telephone call at the State Police 5:56 a.m. 'on March 26, 1976, from an individua1 who. identified himself as claimed he was calling from telephone number 2l2-Ac 2-8734 in Manhattan, New York, and that President Ford, Mrs. Ford, Vice President Nelson Rockefeller, Mrs. Johnson, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard M. Nixon were all murderers in that they had killed 1in June. 1966. and had also attempted to murder b6 during the summer of r969. According to b7C was very excited and became further excited during the conversation when speaking of the above alleged murder. It appeared to be purpose in making this telephone call to demand that the local grand jury be provided the information relating to these events so that indictments could be.obtained against captioned individuals. Also during the conversation. stated that Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis, President Ford, and Agents'of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Fbl) had conspired in Chatham, Massachusetts, to kili Jand that these people were active in. threatening the presidents of Western Union and New England Telephone Company and as a result of these threats he had been denied the right to charge Western Union message calls on his telephone bill and thereby denied the ability to send messages to court officials so that information kmown
