While in Houston, Secretary General Annan will be the featured guest at a public forum sponsored by the Baker Center, Rice University. Pursuant to this matter, appropriate local law entorcemient notifications, collection/analysis of threat information, and protective liaison/support will be undertaken by DSS/JTTF Houston. DSS/P has indicated that a DSS protective detail will be provided for the Secretary General. DSS/JTTF Houston requests the following from addressee offices:. DS/lCl/Pll:Query all relevant sources for any available threat information relating to this visit.
