Interviews at the scene by Ahpd immediately after the incident
determined that during the time period the call was placed
numerous persons were in the building and the building itself
was open to the public. No likely suspects were determined as
a result of these interviews, and no further calls were
received by AHPD regarding MANDELA.
A presentation of the above facts was made to AusA
on 6/20/90 at which time

investigation. This presentation was confirmed in writing by
the Detroit FBr in a separate communication to the office of
the USA.
As no further investigation is pending at Detroit,
this matter is being closed..
