New York The stated they heard that BILL MEANS, TED MEANS and two other left last week to go to New York and then were supposed to go to Libva. While in New York. they. stayed at a Hilton Hotel and and got. into an argument with the others e money alcohol.. .As a result,. and Jid not go on to Libya, but.returned to Rosebud, South Dakota. It is not known if the others went on'to Libya. During the past weekend, 7/18/87 and 7/19/87, RussELL MEANs was on the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation attempting to locaj One of the individuals he was looking for was The. believed 'he was looking them to Libya with him. RUssELL MEANs apparently left the reservation on Monday, 7/20/87. CI concluded by stating he would, again, make contact with the and attempt to get more specific information.
