UNEXPLAINED FLYING DISCS
7 July 1947
5. This agent interviewed W. A. Lissy and D.W. Ellis,both Patrolman,
Portland City Police Department and both possess private pilots licenses.
Both officers advised that upon hearing the redio alert, they saw three flat
round disos,having a white color to them. These discs were, according to
these officers, flying at a terrific speed in a Southerly direction away from
Portland, They deseribed them as flying in a straight line formation, the
powers and vapor trails or smoke trails. Both officers stated these discs
