Mr.BAILEy further stated that he had recen tly talked with RIcHARD PERkIN one of the owners of Perkin-Elmer Company in Glenbrook, Connecticut,and had been informed by Mr. PErkiN that his company is making a large powerful telescope to be used in searching the strato- sphere fr atom bombs.
