One male was 5'11" - 6'1" tall, 145 - 155 pounds, blond hair and fair complexion. The other male appeared to be approximately 5'8" - 5'10", 150 - 160 pounds with brown curly hair. Each of the males appeared to be The two males rode north on and returned to an area in Tampa known as West Kennedy This particular area has a reputation in Tampa as being a hangout for prostitutes and homosexuals, both male and female. The two white males stopped and conversed with several groups of young people standing along West Kennedy Blvd., and swapped cigarettes back and forth. The two males were observed for approximately one hour at which time the surveillance was discontinued. Et
