Enclosed for New Orleans is the original and
one copy of an investigative insert. Also enclosed, in
a 1-A, is the original administrative subpena issued to
C & P Telephone Company to obtain subscriber information
as well as the original and one copy of a FD-302 re service
of enclosed subpena.
For information of New Orleans, where an administrative
subpena is issued for subscriber information only, no
notice to the subscriber is made by C & P Telephone Co. b6
| Non-disclosure letter is only necessary in instances where b7C
toll records are being demanded. ~~
Inasmuch as investigation requested of the Baltimore
Division has been completed, this matter will be considered
RUC.
