He had a beeper worn on his shirt in front and two beeperszhanging from his pants pockets. 10:40 a.m. He stops at 7-11 Store on Jefferson at I-12. He goes to bank of four phones. He goes to all phones but the one on the left 504-925-9150. Appears to be the only one working. He makes several calls and refers to small yellow notebook while using phone. 11:13 a.m. Off phone. 11:14 a.m. He answers incoming call.
