(ABS) waves an unknown black female away from pay phone he was using as if he was waiting on a phone call. Unknown white male walks away from (ABS) and into K&B. (ABS) gets back on the phones. This time it is a different phone number 504/925-9162, right next to the one he was on. Unknown white male exits K&B and rejoins (ABS) and stands next to him. (ABS) observed off phone, drinking a soft drink. (ABS) goes back to pay phone 925-9162. (ABS) is off the phone. (ABS) is now observed using new pay phone 504/924-9818. (ABS) is observed off the phone. (ABS) is back on phone 924-9818. (ABS) is off the phone. (ABS) is back on 924-9818, appeared to be _ incoming call, as he answered it. b7C Unknown white male walks away from (ABS) and enters a red over white Mercury Marques, license plate| | and drives one half oc to Wilson's, where he parks and then enters. Unknown white male exits Wilson's and enters Mercury and drives back up to K&B and rejoins (ABS) who is still on the phone.
