An orange and white partial wrapper from a ten roll of quarters was located under pay telephones at the Saveco Drug, at the intersection of Perkins Road and Seigan Lane. 11:54 a.m. Vehicles present at Adler Barry Seal's (ABS) residence were as follows: white Cadillac, Louisiana license 41C148; brown Monte Carlo Chevrolet, Louisiana license 275X734; blue and_silver Ford pick=sup, license[____] gold Buick, Louisiana bo” license 185X082; and _a green Chevrolet, b7C 12:44 p.m. eee iS observed driving the evrolet, brown Monte Carlo 275X734 away from the area of the residence. Last observed at 12:48 p.m., heading West on I-10. 1:08 p.m. White Cadillac is no longer at residence of (ABS). 1:20 p.m. (ABS) white Cadillac, Louisiana license 410148 is located parked at the Don Carter's Bowling Alley on Airline Highway. 1:25 p.m. (ABS) and a unknown white male, late 20's, early 30's, black hair, black moustache exits bowling alley and enter white Cadillac and depart.
