A surveillance was conducted in the vicinity of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at which time the following observations were noted: 1:00 PM Check of 8216 Oakbrook Drive determined no vehicles located at that address. 2:33 PM Barry Seal observed proceeding North on Siegen Lane toward Interstate 10 in white Cadillac, 41C148. 2:40 PM Seal parks and enters Don Carter Bowling Alley located on Airline Highway just West of Interstate 12. 3:00 PM Received information from Special Agent (SA) that Seal and an unknown white male were utilizing pay telephones with numbers (924-9899, 924-9725, 924-9732). 3:10 PM arrives at bowling alley in blue pickup, - Enters bowling alley. b6 3:20 PM [_|departs going South on Airline and then West b7C on Interstate 12. 5:09 PM Seal and unknown white male still on same pay phones. 5:25 PM Unknown white male on phones with Seal departs driving grey Lincoln, license 5:32 PM White male driving grey Lincoln,[___] returns, enters bowling alley.
