Adler B. Seal's, also known as Barry, residence, 8216 Oakbrood
Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at which time the following
observations were noted:
9:10 a.m. Surveillance began - following
cars are at residence: white
1972 Cadillac, Louisiana
license 41C148; gold Buick,
Louisiana license 185X082;
blue Ford pickup with silver
