Pell, Jr., Circuit Judge (USCA), advised that he has had limited personal contact with Abner J. Mikva, Representative, United States Congress. He lives within the applicant's Congressional District and on one occasion, sat next to him on the train from Evanston to Chicago, Illinois. He advised that the applicant has a reputation for high integrity. His Congressional background would be beneficial in legal decisions assigned to him.
