CG 77-22636 . CG T-2 advised in 1964, at a meeting of State Board, CP of Illinois, a member indicated, the Illinois District should try to form a progressive block in the Illinois Legislature around representative MIKVA and another representative. CG T-2 advised on March 4, 1968, concerning a CP meeting held on March 1, 1968, in Chicago. They _ discussed problems of Democratic Party choosing MIKVA to run for Congress and some felt they should run their own carididate. CG T-3 advised during 1970, meeting of the Illinois CP State Committee members were urged to support MIKVA.
