He stated that candidate was a democrat and represented the 23rd District, which was located in Chicago, Illinois. ; stated that a brief biographical sketch of the candidate indicated that the candidate was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on January 21, 1926, and educated in Milwaukee public schools prior to attending and graduating from the UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN and WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY while finally receiving his Juris Doctorate degree cum laude in June, 1951, from the UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO LAW SCHOOL. Candidate was Editor in Chief of the UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO LAW REVIEW and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, Order of Coif. The candidate later served as a law clerk to United States Supreme Court Justice SHERMAN MINTON.
