On October 15, 1971 GRR ean American Rlewaya’ (Pan Am), 200 Park AVertes NYC, advised that according to records of Pan Am, "Hoffman, A, and Mrs." traveling with an infant, 3 months old, were booked with Pan Am to leave NYC for St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, on Pan Am Fligiht 269 at 10;15 a.m. on October 22, 1971. This flight was scheduled to arrive at St, Thomas at 1:50 p.m. on October 22, 1971. WD eurtner advised that Abbott Hoffman nad Se ae nny —— no return space. j On October 22, 1971, Special Agents (SAS) of the “9 Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) observed Abbott Hoffman a _-Poara Pan Am Flight 269 at 9:55 a.m. with his wife, Anita. Hoffman, and infant at John F, Kennedy International Airport 7 4 (JFKIA}, Queens, NY. This flight departed NY at 10:15°2.m. and was scheduled to arrive at St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands at 1:50 p.m. On October 22, 1971, the SAS of the FBI reviewed the records of Pan Am at the Pan Am Departure Terminal, JFKIA, Queens, NY, which disclosed that “Mr. A, Hoffman" boardéd Pan Am Flight 269 en route to St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, departing at 10:15 a.m. on October 22, 1971.
