He is presently free on bond awaiting outcome of his appeal of his anti-riot and contempt of Court convictions. With Court's permission, as required by his appeal bogrd, he recently went to St. THom Virgin Islands, to arrange rental of house for temporary residence. While there, he rented a car under an assumed name, in violation of local law. The Department was advised and ? with its concurrence, local authorities were advised of violation.
