This person waa accompanied by a white male, approximately 30 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 tc 160 pounds, black hair, full black beard, wearing glasses, dressed in dark trousers and white shirt. ROFFMAN and his companion proceeded to the Avis Rent-a-Car counter in the terminal building and HOFFMAN had conversation with the counter representative and was observed to sign what was éesumed to be a rentél agreement, He and his companion departed the terminal together and later left the area in a yellcw Toyota sedan, Virgin Islands license number T-18055, On 9/27/71 at _St. Thomas, V.I.
