HvuFFMAN stated that ne wrote a paper against God: tut his teacher tore it up; that he “belted” the teacher and was expelted. . For a year thereafter HOFFMAN hung out in the Academy, a private school where he completed his sénior year.. HOFFiiAN then attended Brandeis University, Waltham, ifassachu- setts. He took graduate work at University of California, Berkeley, California and he took courses in some school in ' France while at Brandeis. : ; HOFFMAN stated that he is registered with a Local Board in Massachusetts; that he is 4-F; thet "all nuts" like himself are 4-F., HOFPHAN stated ne had no military service. HOFFiMaN stated that he worked for about six years after college: that his last job was with State of Massachusetts as a psychologist: that. he has held numerous {ods including that of a wholesalesman in Massachusetts. HOrricAN stated that he has always been able to make money as a popl hustler. HOFFA4N- claimed to be a superior pool player. HOFFMAN stated that when hefirst came to New York City he opnned a store to sel? the products of the Mississippi poor people; that he sold this store a year ago for one dollar. HOFFMAN said that his wife is also unemployed: that she makes beads at home and sells them wnolesale to various b2ad stores in New York City. = HOFFAAN stated that he wrote a 189 page book, “long hand, in three days after returning from Chicago; that he sold this manuscript to a publisher and that he got no- . money for the manuscript because he plans to donate all profits to "the people”.
