This person was accompanied by a white male, approximately 30 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 to 160 pounds, biack hair, full black beard, wearing glasses, dressed in dark trousers and white shirt, ad HOFFMAN and his companion proceeded to the Avis Rent-a-Car counter in the terminal building and. HOFFMAN had conversation with the counter representative and was observed to sign what was assumed to be a rental agreement.
