PROGRESSIVE LABOR PERTY
The "New York Times" city edition Tuesday,
April 29, 1965, Pace 27, resorted that a new party of
"revolutionary socialism" was forsally founded on April 18,
19¢5, under the nare of the Pregressive Lahor Party (PLP),
which had heen known as the Progressive Labor Movement.
According to the article, "The Progressive Labor
Movement was founced in 1952, by MILTON ROSEN and MORTIMER
SCHEUR after they were expelled frea the Cowmunist Party of
the United States fer assertealy following the Chinese
Communist line."
The PLP publishes “Progressive Labor," a bimonthly
magazine, and "Challenge-Desafio," a monthiy newspaper.
