In response to a question from a representative of the press regarding HOFFMAN's intentions to speak at the Rice University at Houston, Texas, HOFFMAN made the following statement: "Well, we definitely plan to go to Rice, burn the Constitution because we think that's what the Board of Trustees is into, and we definitely plan to go on to Rice and speak. I mean we got five years for crossing state lines and most certainly we are not going tote prevented from crossing campus lines," After commenting regarding the contempt citations during the Chicago Seven Conspiracy Trial, HOFFMAN made the following statement: “But of course we were in contempt.
