HOFFMAN was represented by Attorneys H, TIM WOFFMAN, TED STEIN, and GERALD LEFCOURT, Assistant Stat Attorney ROBERT BERANEX asked for a continuance, and this‘request brought an argu- ment from HOFFMAN's attorneys. They stated that they were prepared for trial and that some consideration should be given to the Defendant because of his being from out of state and the expenses incurred by him, for transportation of his witnesses and personal attorneys. They further claimed that two continuances hzd been granted.
