Hoffman gaid the statement concerning serious injury was not exactly correct because a 17 year old boy from Sioux City, Lowa, Dean Johnson, was shot and killed by a Chicago “cop” during the demonstration activity. Hoffman etated he has heard from radio and television stations across the nation that his life has been threatened on at least 25 separate occasions since the Chicago DNC demonstration activity. He stated during the time he was in the custody of the Chicago Police Department after being arrested during DNC demonstration activity a Chicago police officer by the name of Hendley (phonetic spelling) showed Hoffman a -5 -
