You are instructed to recontact QE, referred to in your refcrenced letter and advise him this Bureau has no jurisdiction concerning the investiration of matters relating te flyin dises and thut the United States Air Force has such jurisdiction, ‘You ure instructed to advise him this Bureau cannot approve or disa;.prove of his activities in connection with this matter and that the placing of this Burcau on notice as to his activities will not exonerate him in the event he engares in any fraudulent or criminal activities. You are instructed to furnish the information set forth in your refzrenced letter to OSI locally and to the Bureau in a memorandum suitable for dissemination to OSI headquarters, NOTE: QQ, Cincinnati, Ohio, advised the Cincinnati office he is interested in flying discs dnd has recently met several persons who claimed .o have had experiences with flying discs. He stated he intended to assist such persons in arranging for public meeting in Cincinnati, at which matters relating to flying discs will be discussed and that he expects the meating will result in a "fovr thousand dollar take." He advised he believed the experiences allered by the persons referred to above and that those persons would participate in the meeting. He stated he had been advised by the Air Force that il was it's opinion clains made by the persons referred to avove concerning flying discs and their experiences vith same were fraudulent. He stated he wanted to jut all federal ayencies on notice in order that they could act to prevent the planned mecting re flyinrs discs if it was deemed necessary by the Government.
