Mr. Quip cic that his wife also observed this object. He stated that he estimated the speed of the object at 700 to 800 miles by comparing its rate of movement with that of commercial airplanes. Mr. QE advised that he is a meteorologist with United Air Lines and the object he observed was not a plane nor was it a fireworks display. The above is being submitted for your information.
