[___] was interviewed in connection with his , knowledge of any statements made by in which T threatened the lives of Supreme Court Justices THURGOOD MARSHALE and HARRY BLACKMAN. [~__] has been employed in his current capacity as Head Nurse at the Veterans Administration (VA) Hospital, Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PA), for seven years. He has been employed ; by the VA for a total of 15 years. He provided the following information: re an individual with a long history of chronic paranoid schizophrenia, was admitted to the VA on February 25, 1987, under the advice of bé Staff Psychiatrist at the VA Hospital. bI7c voluntarily signed himself in as a patient and went to Room 446E, Bast Side, where he was then interviewed by Staff Physician, and[——iz“‘L Head Nurse. had seen a television program dealing with the topic of abortion broadcast on Pittsburgh television station Channel 40 the preceeding evening (February 24, a287) : b6é L___ mood was "angry," recalled. According to — uring the meeting between and himself, [——""] statea he was going to Washington, D.C. and kill Supreme Court Justices MARSHALL and BLACKMAN. [____]| stated he was certain[ _] had specifically said he was going to Washington, D.C. and kill Justices BLACKMAN and MARSHALL. was aksed if[[_Jcould have said,"BLACKMAN should b6 be arrested, impeached and executed for his (BLACKMAN'S) b7C role in WADE VS. ROW (1973)." [-__] denied this statement was made b and he was certain[__—is had specifically stated he was going to Washington, D.C. and kill Supreme Court Justices MARSHALL and BLACKMAN. During his meeting with also said, "Some people shou e killed and cast into hell. It's my good pleasure to do it."
