has furnished reltable tnfermation advised that on January 10,
1956, Sylvia Tobin, an active Communist Party member and an
efftcer en the NAACP Board tn Buffalo, met with Fuelyn Jraay,
the ergantaational secretary ef the Upstate County Comaunist
Party, and discussed a NAACP beard neeting which Tobin had
