judgment in nis dealings with individuals and the
handling of his legal responsibilities and thas he
possesses a judicial temperament.
She stated that the applicant is an
exceptionally honest person both with himself ard
in his dealings with others; that he is humble; end
that he is lenient in matters of human failinss, and
has a personal concern for the individual. She said
