LR 77-1663 LEGAL PRACTICE IN ARKANSAS The Arkansas Gazette, a Little Rock daily newspaper, under date of December 24, 1957, contains an article on Page 1, entitled "Bennett Fires His ‘Big Gun' at the NAACP." This article reads as follows: "Attorney General Bruce Bennett filed suits yesterday in Pulaski Circuit Courts agsinst the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and its Legal Defense and sducation Fund, charging the two organizations with practicing law illegally in Arkansas.
