Robert F. Kennedy, United States Senater from Kew Yor! advised in Washington, D. C., that he has known Judge Marshali ealy by reputation for a number of years and has had no personal or secial contact with him. He said he has heard more of Judge Marshall's reputation since he bas served as a judge in Mew York. Senator Keanedy stated be understands that Judge Marshall has done a good job. He said he knows nothing adverse concerning Judge Marshall's character, associates, reputation or loyalty.
