The report indicates that "Common Sense" has a circulation which fluctuates between 30,000 and 100, 000 copies an issue, It describes "Common Sense" as a hate sheet" vehicle which publishes “some of the most vitriolic hate propaganda ever to come to the attention of the Committee,’ According to the report, "Common Sense" depitcs Communism as Judaism and devotes its pages almost entirely to attacks on the Jewish and to a lesser extent, the Negro minorities in the United States.
