Carr and his daughter, Janla Carr. The results of these interviews were provided to the Seattle Office of the FBI on Januar} 7, 1992, as well as to the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime at Quantico, Virginia. Please find enclosed a cop f of each of these reports for your information, as well as the transmittal communication from FBI Pittsburgh to FBI Seattle which summarizes the results of the two Carr interviews. “ © t .
