Bundy should have a ‘new trial. . , That date was decided Monday when attorneys for both sides met with 3rd District Court Judge Stewart M. Hanson Jr. about the defense request. Bundy, 30, was convicted by Judge Hanson of the _ November, 1974, abduction of Carol DaRonch from a Murray shopping mail.
