FBI Officials
DENVER (AP) — The FBI's Denver:
field division may ask its national;
headquarters to authorize distribution’
of wanted posters for Theodore Bundy,
who is accused of murdering a
Michigan nurse in 1975, an FBI spokes-
man said Saturday. |
Bundy, 31, escaped from the Garfield
County Jail at Glenwood Springs Dec.
30 while he was awaiting trial in the
slaying of Caryn Sue Campbell, a nurse
from Dearborn, Mich.
Miss Campbell was murdered while:
she| was on a skiing vacation in Aspen.
Eundy has escaped once before, last;
surimer, from the Pitkin County jail at:
Aspen, but was captured within a waek.

leads into the Bundy disappearance the :

Tullai said the special agent in,
charge of the Denver office, Ted
Rosack, has considered recommending
that an “identification order” be put
out on Bundy. That step could be
preliminary to putting the Tacoma,
Wash., man on the FBI's list of 10 most
wanted fugitives, he said. -
