review of death penalty \

— ‘The prosecutor in the Theodore
Bundy murder trial will petition the
Colorado Supreme Court to review a
district court ruling which declared the
-- death penalty unconstitutional in Col-
orado. .

Blakey of Colorado Springs said he will

resolving the dispute before Bundy’s
scheduled Jan. 9 trial in Colorado
