This interpretation by Miss » CALDWELL ofthe ambiguous phraseology of the enclosure is subject to considerable question. Miss CALDWELL used this* ‘interpretation for’ the purpose of suggesting’ that her own: husband may now be the victim of a Soviet ‘developed biological, weapon, whereas on a previous occasion in.a letter written to the FBI dated 5/31/68, she attributed her husband's critica condition to an attack by thugs who attempted | house in March, 1967.
