Memorandum to Mr. Wannall Re: Surreptitious Entries ACTION 1. ¢I-1 and CI-3, INTD, should obtain and review files within their respective Sections. It is suggested that files might be reviewed to insure the identities of sources are properly concealed, and that justifiable exclusions are made. Where exclusions are made, we should be prepared to exclusions nade, should prepared identify the nature of material excluded.
