Reference is made to T. W. Leavitt to Mr. Adams
memorandum dated March 16, 1976, instructing Section Chiefs
and higher officials to respond as to their knowledge of surreptitious
entries from January 1, 1966, to the present time.
In response, I state that I have no knowledge of any such
entries for the period of time specified.
RECOMMENDATION:
That this memorandum be forwarded to the Intelligence
Division in accordance with the request contained in referenced
memorandum.
