SYNOPSIS iad SELMA -2F a ST wnt ART se 3 oe. wae As you may recall, ‘information W328 recently received | indicating the there had been some surreptitious entries by Bureau personnel assigned to our New York Office in 1972 and 1973. The Department, upon being informed of this, sent a representative to New York who reviewed the pertinent material. wm aie SS Fa we pe Se A Folowing this review and upon approval of the Department, representatives of the Inspection Division proceeded to New York 5/4/76 and also conducted review, which terminated 5/7/76. SAC Folders are maintained in the top drawer of a four-drawer locked lin cabinet located in the Personnel Files Unit situated outside the office of the ADIC. The top drawer contains 27 volumes covering surreptitious entries hy Naw York from 1954 to the last recarded entry,» 4/16/73.
