C. pursuant to a request of Departmental Attorney Paul Horber to discuss FBI investigative activity relating to Weatherman fugitive investigations Portland Division further advises that retired i}: also been contacted by Horber. Portland requests advice as to disclosing the identity of corner Sina discussing present Ongoing Weatherman investigative activities. This ir communigation advises that Horber was contacted 7/25/77, (by SA CD, pursuant to instructions é from Assistant Director John A. Mintz) who advised that interviewed SAs have not been asked to identify informants and that he did not anticipate instances where such a question would arise. Horber also advised that current investigative activities are not the subject of the present inquiry.
