[ cannot recall at this time any information
concerning surreptitious entries made by FBI personnel since
1966. It should be noted that during the period of April 16, 1972,
to January 4, 1975, I was the Special Agent in Charge of the
Buffalo Division of the FBI. During that time we utilized court
approved Title Ii] installations on a number of occasions. I do
not recall whether or not any of these involved surreptitious
entries,
