Civil Rights Division, for personal statements regarding vemine % DETAILS: By memorandum January 20, 1976, from the Assistant Attorney General, Civil Rights Division, to the Director, captioned "Surreptitious Entries, ' he requested personal statements concerning complete and full knowledge of any and all break-ins or surreptitious entries performed by Bureau Agents or by others with prior or subsequent knowledge by Bureau Agents since January 1, 1966. I have no personal knowledge of any break-ins or surreptitious entries performed by Bureau Agents or by anyone else since Jamary 1, 1966. I have no hearsay knowledge of any such entries other than that which may have been gained by review of information being forwarded to the Department.
