The Honorable L. Patrick Gray
Acting Director
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Washington, D. C.
Dear Mr. Gray:
It was a great pleasure to see you at
lunch last week with the other members of the
President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory
7 Board, It is my impression that George
Anderson spoke to you before lunch about the :
panel I am heading up in our Board which in-
volves thinge you are interested in, and I want
to say that I look forward to working with you.
Perhaps one day soon you and I could
have a quiet informal lunch together to exchange
views before we start activity of any sort at the
- staff level.
In any event, my congratulations to you,
again, and all wishes for great success.
