The Attorney General requested {§ f<2¢ that we advise him as to how this occurred and what = a procedures are being implemented to insure that it aan Sek will not recur. The Attorney General also wanted to % Lew know whether any statements made by Departmental & personnel need to be retracted and/or clarified. By memorandum dated 5/13/76, the Director furnished pertinent information to the Attorney General concerning this matter.
