SUPREME COURT - VICTIM ° SKK Character: EXTORTION Synopsis: Two undated threatening handwritten letters directed to the Chief Justice of the U. S. Supreme Court, and the U. S. Supreme Court, Washington, D. C., the first signed, "A Sticker for Holy Justice," and the second signed, tyr, Johnson Nixon Agnew," both postmarked Pittsburgh, Pa., in the opinion of the AUSA, WDPA, Pitts- burgh, Pa., constitute a violation of the Federal Extortion Statute, and if subject identified, prosecution would be considered. J. EDGAR HOOVER, Director, FBI, received letter 12/8/70, miled Pittsburgh, Pa., composed of similar remarks directed to U. 8. Supreme Court, but signed, "Revolutionaries For The Riddance Of The Filthy 1970 U. S. Supreme Court Judges Filthiest In The History Of The U. S. A.” U. S. Capitol Pp, Intelligence Division, Metropolitan PD, and U. S, Secret Service, all Washington, D. C., made cognizant of the threatening letters. Inquiry, Pittsburgh PD, Allegheny County Detective Bureau, and Federal Agencies, all Pittsburgh, Pa., negative. Attempts to identify North American Insurance Institute, Pitts- burgh, Pa,, and "Police Association of South Hills- Mt. Lebanon, Pa.," negative. Contact with members of borough and township police associations failed to es- tablish information concerning unsub. Examination of all letters by FBI Lab, Washington, D.
