UNKNOWN SUBJECT, also known as “A Sticker for Holy Justice;" United States Supreme Court - VICTIMS "Yf you like dirt, you will be turned into dirt, "Sincerely yours, "A sticker for holy justice." The 1969 and 1970 Pittsburgh telephone directory and the 1969 Pittsburgh City Directory failed to disclose an institute by the name of North American InSurance Institute. The Assistant Superintendent, U. &. Post Office, Pittsburgh, Pa., advised that the envelope containing the above was received at the main post office on Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pa., aS the number 48 appearing after Pittsburgh, Pa., indicates the envelope was run through a cancelling machine at’ this post office. The envelope could have been mailed anywhere in.a mailbox in the City of Pitts- burgh. It was also determined that no box has been returned by the Nerth American Insurance Institute, and the Polk Directory also failed to disclose the identity of this institution. Contacts were made at the following concerns in an effort to identify the writer of instant letter, with negative results: Secret Service, Pittsburgh, Pa.
