America is supposed to stand for law and order, for Justice for all, and not for the sudden dismissal of the case. That judge in Dukes County should be barred from ever practicing law again anywhere. What a horrible farce of a trial that all was! I think the (remaining portion illegible). 2. Postal card postmarked *'‘CHICAGO, ILL. 14A PM 16 APR 1970," addressed to The Honorable Judges, bearing handwritten message as follows: "Our whole neighborhood is talking about the injustice of the lawyer of Mass, the judge who dismissed the jury, that farce of a jury, and the whole quick, sudden ending of it ail. "This never could have happened to the Conspiracy 8, or some poor father, stealing -a cheap, but beautiful doll,-at Christmastime for his sick daughter. No in this great Amer- ica the poor are always punished severly while the rich never get punished at all like the Lindbergh's who filled their deaf baby and pianted the evidence on an innocent man later killed. Are you going to correct this terrible trial of Ted's?" ~2-
